Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 – mutton paya (ie 16 pieces, rub with 2 tbsp wheat flour n 1/2 tsp turmeric powder n wash it off thoroughly.)
1 – big onion (sliced)
8 cloves – garlic (finely chopped)
2 tbsp – ginger, garlic n green chilli paste (3 G’s paste)
3 tbsp – wheat flour
1 cup – milk
1 tbsp – mint leaves (finely chopped)
8 – curry leaves (mitha limbda)
1 tsp – cumin seeds
4 – cloves
1 stick – 2 inch cinnamon
8 – peppercorns
1 – tej patta
1/2 litre – water
3 tbsp – oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Pressure cook, the paya with onion, 3 G’s paste, 1tbsp oil n 1 cup water till 3 whistle, than cook on medium heat for another 20 mins. In another pan heat the remaining oil, add all whole spices n crackle for a minute, add garlic n sauté till crimson in color. To it add wheat flour n sauté till light pink, now add mint n curry leaves, sauté for a second, add ˝ litre water n cook paya with stock, if, thick add a little more water n cook for 15 mins. Finally add milk n cook for another 2 mins. Its ready to serve. Serve it with kheema khichdi or with any other pulaos or by itself.
