Ingredients:
1/2 kg boneless chicken cut into bite size pieces boiled in 1 tblsp ginger garlic paste with 1 cup of water
200 gms macroni shells boiled with salt
2 tblsp white flour
1tblsp oil and butter each
4 eggs
green chillies cut finely as per taste
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 bunch corriander leaves chopped finely
1/2 tsp black pepper pwd
3 medium tomatoes sliced finely
2 tbsp milk
3 to 4 tblsp desi ghee
salt as per taste
Method:
In a sauce pan on a medium flame add oil and butter when its hot add flour and stir continously till its light brown then add boiled chicken with 1 cup of water mix thoroughly add green chillies, black pepper powder , corriander leaves, green bell pepper salt cook for 2 minutes lastly add boiled macroni and off the flame , in another small bowl beat eggs with milk and salt and blackpepper pwd, in a oven proof big dish add chicken and macroni level it evenly ,spread sliced tomatoes over it now add beaten eggs over it , in another vessel heat the desi ghee till smoke comes add over eggs , cover it with foil and bake it oven at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 mins, serve this mast dabba chicken with chappati or paratha or as just you like it.
